Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Foster a positive work environment and promote company culture
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics
- Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions with professionalism and consistency
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification (preferred if no HR degree)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a Construction or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
