Key Responsibilities:
- Install motorized and nonmotorized shades, drapes, and window treatments in residential and commercial properties, ensuring each installation meets our high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Carefully follow installation guidelines and ensure all components, wiring, and connections are properly set up for smooth, functional operation.
- Test, troubleshoot, and adjust motorized shade systems to ensure everything is operating correctly before leaving the job site.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area on every job site, respecting clients' homes and properties.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by completing installations efficiently and professionally, and answering any questions about operation when needed.
- Proven experience in installing motorized window treatments such as shades, drapes, blinds, or similar products.
- A strong understanding of basic electrical systems involved in motorized shade installations, with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues on the spot.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all work is done correctly the first time, every time.
- Good communication skills to interact with both clients and team members and ensure a clear understanding of the work being done.
- Ability to work independently or on a team, and manage your time effectively to complete installations on schedule.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as you’ll be traveling to different job sites each day.
