Airport Passenger Service Agents

• Due to the airports expansion and the many projects still in the works, we are looking to continue increasing our staffing on our shifts! We are looking to recruit for our 4am start and our closing shift (must be able to stay past midnight)

Duties:

Airport wheelchair agents, also known as Passenger Service Assistants (PSA's), assist airline passengers in wheelchairs along with providing assistance to passengers with other disabilities (hearing impaired, visually impaired, etc.). These agents assist all travelers needing special assistance or with disabilities on their arriving, departing, and connecting flights. Additionally, agents provide en route restroom and restaurant stops and assist with luggage, as needed.

This job requires candidates to be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs and walk and stand for long periods of time. Candidates need to be customer service oriented and have great compassion for others.
