Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Airport Customer Service Trainer to join our team at Denver International Airport (DEN). As a Trainer, you will play a critical role in training new hires and conducting recurrent training sessions for our dedicated team of employees who provide wheelchair assistance services. Your expertise in best practices, airport rules and regulations, company and airline safety requirements will ensure our team delivers exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest levels of safety and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new hires, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide wheelchair assistance services at DEN.
- Conduct recurrent training sessions to reinforce skills and ensure ongoing adherence to safety protocols and service standards.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices, airport rules and regulations, company, and airline safety requirements, and incorporate them into training programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, both in hardcopy and digital formats, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Perform safety audits regularly to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and management to identify training needs and develop customized training programs.
- Attend a two-day certification class at the Prospect Academy in Dallas, TX (expenses covered by Prospect) and complete other relevant airline certifications as required.
Schedule and Benefits:
- Work week: (Denver International Airport and office) Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID and be able to pass a federal background check.
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks required for the role.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and responsible, with reliable transportation.
- Prior leadership and/or training experience is required; prior aviation experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is required.
