What are the responsibilities and job description for the Airport Safety and Compliance Supervisor position at Prospect Airport Services?
Duties:
The responsibilities of this position include focusing on employee safety and compliance protocols such as company uniform compliance, performing electronic safety and operational audits, and coaching and counseling wheelchair agents in performing their duties safely and effectively. Additional items may include assisting passenger service supervisors with planning, scheduling and directing employees who perform wheelchair assistance and other passenger assistance services in their daily assignments at the Atlanta-Hartsfield International Airport.
Supervisors are also responsible for coordinating with management and dispatch to ensure passengers are assisted in a safe and timely manner, equipment is set-up in advance, and safety procedures are consistently followed. Supervisors may on occasion be required to assist in transporting passengers needing wheelchair or other assistance as well.

Qualifications:
- Applicants must have a valid drivers license or state ID and be able to pass a federal background check
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to physically perform required work
- Professional appearance
- Customer service skills
- Dependable, self motivated and responsible
- Ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule, including nights, early mornings, and weekends
