Duties:
SkyCaps assist airline passengers with checking in luggage at the curbside area of the airport and also providing luggage assistance in the baggage claim area in a timely, safe, and efficient manner. They are also responsible for being knowledgeable of airline and airport rules and regulations. Additionally, SkyCaps may be required to assist passengers needing wheelchair assistance or assisting passengers with other disabilities (hearing impaired, visually impaired, etc.) when arriving, departing, or connecting through the airport.
This job requires candidates to be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs and walk and stand for long periods of time. Candidates need to be customer service oriented and have great compassion for others.

Qualifications:
- Applicants must have a valid drivers license or state ID and be able to pass a federal background check
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to physically perform required work
- Professional appearance
- Customer service skills
- Dependable, self motivated and responsible
- Ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule, including nights, early mornings, and weekends
