Airport Wheelchair Agent - $11.00/hr + Cash Tips (TPA)

Shifts:

• AM: 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM & 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
• Mid-Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM & 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
• PM-Closing: 3:30 PM -12:00 AM, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM, 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM & 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM
• Overnight: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Duties:

Airport wheelchair agents, also known as Passenger Service Assistants (PSA's), assist airline passengers in wheelchairs along with providing assistance to passengers with other disabilities (hearing impaired, visually impaired, etc.). These agents assist all travelers needing special assistance or with disabilities on their arriving, departing, and connecting flights. Additionally, agents provide en route restroom and restaurant stops and assist with luggage, as needed.

This job requires candidates to be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs and walk and stand for long periods of time. Candidates need to be customer service oriented and have great compassion for others.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must have a valid drivers license or state ID and be able to pass a federal background check
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to physically perform required work
• Professional appearance
• Customer service skills
• Dependable, self motivated and responsible
• Ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule, including nights, early mornings, and weekends
