Supervisor CONCOURSE/COMFORT ZONE - CLT Airport - Now Hiring

Prospect Airport Services is currently hiring for Comfort Zone Supervisors to work in our operation at Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

The Comfort Zone Supervisor will help run day to day operations, oversee the frontline staff team, and work with the Operations Managers to maintain the current relationships and potentially grow the current contracts at the airport or offsite.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee current operations
• Implement company culture, values, and policies
• Oversight of a complex airport operation and follow through on employee accountability
• Assist in oversight of station administration, employee development, and leadership staffing
