Duties: Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance for patient care, assess units w with nurse managers and communicates and assists w with any corrective action. Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counseling.
Skills: Seven years of experience is required 5 of which were in a supervisory role.
Education: RN License - required Primary Source Verification - required BSN - required Masters Degree - preferred.
Per the Client the Minimum Education required: Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration or a related field.
