We are looking for a motivated and creative individual with website design and development experience, particularly with WordPress. If you have a passion for creating user-friendly, visually appealing, and high-performing websites, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Website Development & Maintenance : Design, develop, and maintain websites, with a strong focus on WordPress, ensuring optimal performance, functionality, and an exceptional user experience for clients.
  • Performance Monitoring : Regularly analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, ensuring fast load times, high uptime, and smooth functionality.
  • Content Management : Manage, update, and optimize website content using WordPress and other CMS platforms, ensuring it aligns with branding and engages users.
  • Customization & Plugins : Install, configure, and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet client needs, ensuring compatibility and functionality.
  • Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve website issues, including performance, security, and usability, with a strong understanding of WordPress-specific challenges.
  • Compliance & Standards : Ensure websites meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG compliance), adhere to HIPAA privacy regulations, and follow best practices for website security.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Experience in Web Design, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Advanced proficiency in WordPress, including theme customization, plugin integration, and content management.
  • Strong skills in web development tools and technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar software for resizing and editing images.
  • Knowledge of website accessibility standards, privacy regulations, and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEO best practices, and performance optimization techniques.

    • Preferred Skills (Not Required) :

  • Experience with other CMS platforms or e-commerce tools.
  • Proficiency in PHP and MySQL for advanced WordPress customizations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
