Client Support Associate Duties & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads in a specified territory to expand customer outreach and drive sales.
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring full understanding and satisfaction.
- Address and overcome client objections with a positive attitude, fostering trust and confidence in our clients’ products and services.
- Evaluate data and create sales reports to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends.
- Provide direct feedback to the Sales Manager regarding client experiences and suggestions to refine sales tactics and enhance client retention strategies.
- Actively participate in daily meetings designed to improve sales techniques, elevate customer service skills, and develop leadership within the Client Support Associate team.

Client Support Associate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred.
- Ability to negotiate and overcome objections.
- Comfortable with public speaking and presenting information to clients.
- Strong commitment to delivering top-tier customer service at all times.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to our office location.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $850.00 - $1,150.00 per week
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
