Account Manager Associate Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and track brand initiatives and determine areas for improvement for brand recognition and sales growth
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date records of all communication with prospective customers in an accurate and efficient manner
- Enhance sales and brand awareness and increase knowledge of our clients by attending sales webinars and client meetings alongside other Account Manager Associates
- Drive interest and leads through the creation of strategic target marketing and developing savvy strategies to assist in achieving quarterly sales targets
- Research demographics and local competitors to meet the needs of our consumers and develop a cutting edge against the competition
- Maintain strong knowledge of the community’s unique selling points, including benefits, sales promotions, and services provided to residents and rates by our Account Manager Associate team
- Develop positive and wholesome relationships with prospects by listening to their needs, asking questions to acquire more information, and presenting the benefits of our brand that will uniquely meet their needs

- Experienced as a Team Lead, Account Manager, Client Relations Associate, Brand Ambassador, Sales Representative, or similar roles
- Able to quickly adapt to new methods and work under tight deadlines

- Results-driven, with exceptional team-building skills in a sales environment
