Position Overview

My client is seeking an Analyst 1 / 2 to join our team, supporting both our growth equity investments and M&A advisory practices. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial analysis skills with a passionate understanding of the digital entertainment landscape. This role offers unique exposure to high-growth companies and strategic transactions in one of technology's most dynamic sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis for potential investment opportunities and M&A transactions
• Perform detailed market research and competitive analysis within the digital entertainment sector, including gaming, esports, streaming platforms, and content creation
• Create detailed investment memoranda and transaction materials, synthesizing complex business models and market dynamics
• Support due diligence processes for both investment opportunities and M&A clients
• Develop industry-specific KPI analysis frameworks focusing on user acquisition, engagement metrics, and monetization strategies
• Prepare client presentations and pitch materials for both investment committees and potential M&A opportunities
• Monitor industry trends, emerging business models, and relevant transactions in the digital entertainment space
• Assist in relationship management with portfolio companies and potential acquisition targets
