Our client, a presigious middle market investment bank, is actively seeking an Analyst 2 / 3 for their life-sciences team in NYC. This brand name investment bank offers a key role within an experienced team. No H1Bs, Stem-OPTs or other visas at this time. RIFs ok.
The successful candidate will support senior bankers in executing M&A and financing transactions across the life sciences sub-sector. This position provides direct exposure to CEO, CFO, and Board level contacts, along with significant responsibility and advancement opportunities.
Ideal candidates will have previous healthcare M&A investment banking experience at the Analyst level.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Participate in client transactions, projects, and assignments
- Interact with clients, internal banking teams, and product teams
- Assist in preparing presentations and marketing materials (e.g., CIM, Management Presentations)
- Conduct valuation analyses and financial modeling of clients and targets
- Review business plans, conduct research, and analyze financial statements
- Manage due diligence processes, including virtual data room preparation and counterparty Q&A
