Reporting to the Director of Talent, the Temporary Talent Specialist will manage the full-cycle recruitment experience during a high-volume hiring season. This is a temporary, contract role designed to support seasonal hiring needs. Responsibilities include meeting with hiring managers, posting jobs, conducting phone screens, scheduling, and conducting in-person interviews. This role is critical in ensuring that all prospective candidates experience a recruitment process that aligns with our mission and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, phone screenings, scheduling and conducting interviews
- Create and execute actionable next steps from hiring manager meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication
- Maintain warm and efficient communication (email, Gchat, phone) with candidates, hiring managers, teammates, and other stakeholders
- Engage and maintain relationships with potential future candidates
- Address and resolve candidate inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure recruitment processes are followed accurately and systems are updated accordingly
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
- Experience leading behaviorally-based interviews and strong candidate assessment skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, VidCruiter)
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite
- Temporary, contract role during high-volume hiring season
