Prospect14 focuses on the scaled origination and development of renewable energy and energy storage projects in multiple markets in the United States. Since its inception, Prospect14 has originated approximately 5GWdc of solar and solar storage projects.
Prospect14 is developing utility-scale and community solar energy projects across North America. We enable landowners, power purchasers, and later-stage project developers to participate in the rapid growth of the solar energy market.
Position Overview:
The Project Development team is charged with leading development of assets from hand-off from the Origination team to construction ready. The Project Development Associate will work closely with all internal teams and regularly interact with the Prospect14 management team. Prospect14 Develops many of its projects under Development Service Agreements with customers. In addition to thoughtful project development skills, our Project Associates excel at customer management. This is a broad role in a collaborative team environment. We are seeking a candidate local to the Ardmore / Philadelphia region, but will consider remote-based position which may require frequent (up to 30%) travel to project sites or stakeholder meetings.

Core Responsibilities Include
- Assist with the management of greenfield development projects from Origination to NTP.
- Coordinate landowner communication efforts
- Manage project data and documents
- Assist with management of budgets and schedules
- Coordinate internal stakeholders
- Maintain relevant meeting notes
- Track local meetings, meetings minutes for AHJs of interest- project specific and prospective areas of interest
- Interface with a range of external stakeholders and clearly communicate our project objectives, imperatives, and timelines.
- Assist Real Estate team with site information and documentation.
- Assist origination team with respect to site feasibility and market analysis.
- Assist interconnection team with project development items.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or industry equivalent
- 2 years of industry-related or transferable experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Outstanding interpersonal oral and written communication skills required.
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Proactive in identifying and addressing issues and developing clear corrective action plans
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Experience with Smartsheets is preferred but not required
