We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven individual to oversee the development of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for our clients. This role requires a combination of market research expertise, data analytics, and creative problem-solving to identify high-value target audiences.
This role involves leveraging data enrichment and sales intelligence platforms to build and refine ICPs. You will also manage a team of analysts responsible for quality assurance (QA), data validation, and pipeline preparation to ensure accurate and actionable prospect data for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
ICP Development & Data Enrichment
- Analyze client industries, target markets, and sales strategies to define and build Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Utilize various data enrichment and sales intelligence platforms to identify and validate target accounts and key decision-makers.
- Implement data segmentation strategies to enhance lead quality and prospect targeting.
- Think outside the box to identify non-traditional data sources and unique segmentation strategies that improve lead quality.
Data Quality Management
- Establish quality control processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of customer data.
- Review standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data collection, enrichment, and delivery.
Client & Pipeline Management
- Work closely with executive leadership and clients to align ICP criteria with business objectives.
- Analyze customer data to spot patterns, trends, and new market opportunities.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality prospect data to client pipelines.
- Identify and implement automation or process improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2 years of experience in sales and data analytics, or sales operations.
- 2 years of experience using tools like ZoomInfo, Seamless, Apollo, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for data enrichment.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of analysts or data specialists.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, segment audiences, and refine ICPs.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think beyond traditional ICP-building methods.
- Experience with data QA and validation processes to maintain high-quality customer data.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and CRM integrations is a plus.
