What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Staff position at Prospector's Cook House?
We are looking for a cook with availability on the weekends. We own a small restaurant called Prospector's Cook House across from our main store, Rockhound Rock Shop, in downtown Galesburg. We serve simple home cooking comfort foods. We are currently open Monday - Saturday from 10am to 8pm but will be adding hours for our summer schedules.
We are a small mom and pop, locally owned restaurant. We have a pretty laid back, yet professional vibe.
