As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our company's objectives in the Healthcare consulting space - more specifically - in the areas of Patient Support Services, Market Access, Reimbursement Support and Health Care Policy Strategy. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will bring together the candidate experience, the employee experience, and the patient experience through the talent acquisition processes to match our unprecedented growth. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic guidance on all things talent acquisition.
Our Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the full life cycle of the recruitment process to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent to our organization. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and supporting our hiring managers in facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while building and fostering an amazing Candidate and Employee Experience.
Core Duties / Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Collaborates organizational Hiring Managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job posting specifics as well as hiring criteria.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies including sourcing of passive candidates as well as creating strong candidate pipelines based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Build deep talent pipelines with active and passive candidates.
- Branding, Marketing and Talent Attraction Strategies : Job posting and implementation of advertising plans & processes.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates to move through the hiring process.
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and / or other People & Culture staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Performs labor market assessments to ensure job titles, salaries, etc. are properly calibrated.
- Attends and participates in various types of job fairs and recruiting sessions (virtual)
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators (KPIs) and recruitment trends.
- Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

The salary range for this position is $100,000-$110,000 based on experience and qualifications, with the final offer reflecting skills and other job-related factors.
