Role Description
This is an on-site role, full or part-time available, for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Prosper ABA. The role will involve completing skills assessments and behavior reduction programming, educating parents, and utilizing applied behavior analysis principles in interventions through in-home and clinic based treatment.
Qualifications
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
- Parent Education and Behavior Management skills
- Background in Psychology
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
