The core function of the Customer Account Manager position is to actively promote and sell services by engaging directly with potential customers. This involves building relationships, explaining service offerings, and tailoring solutions to meet the needs of individual clients. The role also focuses on optimizing outreach strategies, analyzing sales campaign performance, and helping grow our customer base through effective communication and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers through direct outreach efforts, cultivating relationships to boost service adoption and drive sales.
- Optimize existing sales campaigns while brainstorming and implementing new approaches to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify ways to segment target audiences and tailor messages to meet their needs.
- Work closely with our team to analyze data, track sales performance, and improve service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest deals and sales promotions, effectively communicating these offers to customers.
- Build expertise in telecommunications to establish new accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with team members to support sales strategies and initiatives.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
