Preferred Education, Experience, and Certifications:
- High School Diploma or GED and five (5) years of Engineering CIP, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Associate’s degree preferred, supplemented by college-level course work or vocational training in Engineering, Accounting, or a closely related field.
- One (1) year of previous experience and/or training involving the monitoring of contracts, insurance, and bonds, and experience working with municipal capital improvement projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required. Experience in Smartsheet, TRACKiT, STW, and Canva preferred.
- Must possess a valid State of Texas Driver License.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical agility test, criminal background check, and MVR check.
