Summary

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team at Prospera. In this role, you will leverage data analytics tools and Microsoft business applications to drive operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Your insights will drive decision-making and enhance the effectiveness of our programs and services.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft PowerBI or similar report builder to visualize organizational data.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.
• Develop automated reporting solutions to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders based on data analysis.
• Help enable data visualization and improve Prospera’s impact measurement through an impact dashboard wireframe.

Microsoft Dynamics Implementation and Support

• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics to meet organizational needs.
• Ensure data integrity and proper integration between Dynamics and other systems.
• Provide technical support for end-users and troubleshoot issues.
• Implement best practices for Dynamics usage and data management.

PowerApps Development

• Implement best practices for Dynamics usage and data management.
• Design, develop, and deploy custom PowerApps solutions to streamline business processes.
• Create mobile and web applications that integrate with existing systems.
• Maintain and update PowerApps as organizational needs evolve.
• Train and support staff on PowerApps usage.

Data Governance & Management

• Train and support staff on PowerApps usage.
• Establish and maintain data quality standards and procedures.
• Document data sources, processes, and definitions for organizational knowledge.
• Collaborate with program teams to identify data needs and develop solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics and PowerBI certification (preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents)
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
