The Construction Draw Specialist, under direct supervision of the SVP, Construction Loan Monitoring Manager, is responsible for supporting the Construction Monitoring team with servicing for Residential Homebuilder and/or Commercial Construction draw processing.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Management of portfolio monitoring including, but not limited to:
- Residential Interim real estate construction draw process, including managing loan advances, ordering inspections, updating inspection sheets as appropriate and posting of draws to Silverlake, etc.
- Commercial Real Estate construction draw process including loan advances, ordering inspections and reports as appropriate and posting of draws to Silverlake, etc.
- Thorough understanding of and ensure compliance with Credit and Regulatory Policies
- Other duties and projects as assigned or required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS):
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business administration preferred
- 2 years’ experience with Construction draw servicing, Loan Administration, or related construction industry experience
- Ability to make appropriate judgments and decisions with limited guidance.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, including the ability to work independently on projects of high complexity with minimal supervision.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Proficient in advanced functionality within Microsoft Excel preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment
