Responsibilities:
- Responsible from beginning to end of the accounting cycle. A/P, A/R, GL
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts, including reviewing journal entries, analyzing account balances, and investigating discrepancies.
- Assist with external audits and reviews, providing documentation, explanations, and support as needed.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to junior accounting staff, ensuring their professional development and adherence to accounting standards.
- Proven experience (typically 4 years) in accounting or finance roles, with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Thorough understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations (GAAP).
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
