Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LICENSED Clinical Director to oversee the clinical operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and medical management, ensuring that our facility meets the highest standards of patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Clinical Director will play a crucial role in leading clinical staff, developing policies, and maintaining accreditation standards, including JCAHO.
Must be a LMHC or LCSW
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all clinical operations within the facility to ensure optimal patient care.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical policies and procedures in alignment with best practices.
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of clinical staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote interdisciplinary teamwork and enhance patient outcomes.
- Monitor quality assurance initiatives and implement improvements as necessary.
- Manage budgets related to clinical operations while ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Serve as a liaison between clinical staff, administration, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- LSCW or LMHC required
- Proven experience in healthcare management or medical management roles.
- Strong understanding of JCAHO standards and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and staff.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on evidence-based practices.
