Overview
We are a national accredited behavioral health facility located in the Cape seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to lead our healthcare team. The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with JCAHO standards, and managing healthcare services to provide the highest quality of care to our patients. This role requires a strong background in healthcare management and medical management, along with excellent leadership skills to foster a collaborative environment. This new facility is Detox/RES levels of care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure adherence to all regulatory standards, including JCAHO requirements.
- Manage clinical staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to promote professional growth.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated healthcare delivery and optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement improvement plans as necessary.
- Facilitate training programs for staff on best practices in healthcare management.
- Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and administration to communicate needs and concerns effectively.
Requirements
- License required: LCSW, LHMC, or equivalent
- Proven experience in healthcare management or medical management is essential.
- Strong knowledge of JCAHO standards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with staff and patients
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on clinical performance metrics.
- A Masters degree in Social Work or a related field
- Relevant certifications in healthcare management are advantageous.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
