We are a primary SUD treatment provider with all LOC in Central NJ. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to lead our clinical team in delivering high-quality patient care in substance use. The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing healthcare staff. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of healthcare management, and the ability to implement effective medical management strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience with JCAHO standards and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery.
- Manage and mentor clinical staff, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO standards and other regulatory requirements to maintain accreditation.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance the quality of care provided to patients.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize healthcare services and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Serve as a liaison between administration, staff, and patients to address concerns and enhance service delivery.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare management.
Requirements
- Master's degree with Clinical License required
- LCADC Required
- Proven experience with substance use disorder
- Strong understanding of JCAHO standards and regulatory compliance in healthcare settings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
