What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and prospects, creating a warm and professional welcome.
- Coordinate and elevate the client experience during office visits, ensuring all details are seamless and memorable.
- Manage schedules, CRM systems, and confidential files with precision.
- Assist in event preparation, from décor to logistics, and engage with attendees to foster connections.
- Support leadership with light executive assistance, ensuring calendars and commitments are on track.
- Help drive business growth by engaging with prospects, scheduling appointments, and ensuring follow-ups are timely and effective.
