Your Role: As a Mortgage Loan Officer Trainee at PHM, you will:
- Client Engagement: Be comfortable on the phone and driven to connect with potential clients. Upon licensure and completion of training, be able to advise prospective and existing customers of Prosperity’s programs, rates, policies and procedures. Lead customers through the loan application process smoothly.
- Network Development: Build and maintain strong referral networks to locate prospects.
- Quality Commitment: Produce high quality loans which meet applicable mortgage guidelines while providing excellent customer service.
