Regional Sales Leader
Prosperity Home Mortgage is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Leader to lead and inspire a team of Mortgage Consultants dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients in the residential mortgage sector. Reporting directly to the Area Sales Leader, the Regional Sales Leader will play a pivotal role in overseeing the performance of their region while continuing to build and maintain their own book of business. Essential Responsibilities:
- Loan Production & Quality Assurance: Drive the production of high-quality loans that adhere to Prosperity Home Mortgage guidelines while ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the loan process.
- Client Advisory & Market Presence: Actively advise prospective and existing customers on Prosperity’s diverse mortgage programs, competitive rates, policies, and procedures. Cultivate a strong presence in the marketplace to enhance brand visibility and attract new business.
- Financial Analysis & Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough analyses of detailed financial and credit data to accurately match customer needs with appropriate loan products, identifying and assessing levels of risk.
- Leadership & Team Development: Provide effective leadership and mentorship to Mortgage Consultants within the assigned region. Foster an environment of collaboration, motivation, and professional growth to achieve team success.
- Sales Strategy & Performance Management: Set clear sales goals and objectives for the team, motivating and guiding team members to meet and exceed these targets while maintaining a high standard of performance.
- Executive Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with executive leadership, providing regular updates on regional performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Talent Management: Participate in the recruitment, hiring, training, and, when necessary, termination of team members. Cultivate a high-performing team by ensuring that employees receive the necessary support and development opportunities.
- Operational Oversight: Validate and sign off on hours worked, expenditures, and other operational necessities to ensure compliance and efficiency within the region.
- Policy Communication: Effectively communicate company policies, promotional programs, and operational procedures to the team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Licensing: A valid and active NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System) License is a must.
- Experience: A minimum of three years of experience in mortgage sales or operations, with at least two years in a supervisory or management role is required.
Our current sales team of 22 Mc’s covers the state of NC and services over 1000 Real Estate agents in over 27 offices. Experience working with Real Estate agents and understanding their business needs is a must.
