Sales Assistant

Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team under the guidance of the Regional Sales Leader. In this role, you will provide vital administrative, marketing, and sales support to Mortgage Consultants and / or Branch or Sales Managers. Your responsibilities will include assisting with marketing initiatives to drive business growth, preparing marketing materials, identifying potential customers, and analyzing market trends. You will also serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries regarding their loan processing, acting on behalf of the Mortgage Consultant.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative support, including filing, typing, data entry, and other clerical duties as assigned by the Mortgage Consultant or Branch Manager.
• Assist Mortgage Consultants with marketing efforts to ensure a steady flow of business.
• Prepare and distribute marketing materials to enhance visibility and customer engagement.
• Identify customer prospects and market trends to support sales initiatives.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding loan processing in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations, state and federal laws, and company policies.
