Job description
ProSpine Chiropractic Group is looking for an energetic, outgoing person to represent our clinics throughout the communities we serve. This position is responsible for maintaining existing business relationships as well as developing and establishing new business relationships. This is done by participating in community events such as health fairs, networking events and other community related activities.
Qualifications:
*Must be energetic, outgoing and adaptable
*Must enjoy meeting and working with new people and building a rapport with business partners
*Proficient in Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
*Be able to think and work independently, without supervision
*Be detail oriented with the ability to track daily transactions with business relationships
*Ability to plan, coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented manner
*Ability to speak, read, write and communicate effectively and professionally
*Must have reliable transportation
*Must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends
*Must be invested in participating in the success of ProSpine Chiropractic Group
Responsibilities:
*This position is responsible for maintaining existing business relationships, developing and establishing new business relationship census as defined in the business plan.
* The marketing person will represent the company at community related activities, market, establish, nurture, and solidify referral relationships on behalf of the company.
* Identify and establish relationships with community groups, healthcare professionals, physicians, and clinics.
*Create and deliver marketing materials to existing referrals and new contracts.
*Help plan, coordinate and execute the company's marketing efforts, including attending community events, tradeshows, and networking events.
*Maintain accurate spreadsheets and documentation of all contacts; existing and new
*Generate performance and referral reports for upper Management.
*Create Marketing materials as required for specific or general events.

Salary: From $14 per hour while training, performance bonus through marketing efforts.
Work Location: One reporting location, will work throughout all communities we serve.
