Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor inventory levels to ensure stock is accurate.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
- Work with different teams to ensure stock is replenished on time.
- Prepare and maintain inventory reports.
- Assist in improving inventory processes and systems.
- Handle inventory returns and manage damaged or outdated stock.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory or related field.
- Familiarity with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with the manager and team on the floor.
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
