Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $15/hr
Shift: Monday - Friday – 6 am - 2:30 pm
Must be available to work overtime on weekdays and weekends
Job Description:
Under general supervision, perform any of the following activities as assigned: moves, tracks, sorts, and handles product throughout the order fulfillment process. Functions may include, but not limited to, picking, packing, sorting, shipping, inspecting and auditing.

Job Description:
Under general supervision, perform any of the following activities as assigned: moves, tracks, sorts, and handles product throughout the order fulfillment process. Functions may include, but not limited to, picking, packing, sorting, shipping, inspecting and auditing.
- Lifting merchandise onto and off conveyers or pallets
- Receive product
- Build and stack boxes
- Create shipping labels
- Unpack, sort, and count product and stage for picking
- Using a scanner, audit order for accuracy
- Separate groups into individual orders
- Pack orders
- Compare the quantity, quality, labeling, and address with the customer’s order to ensure outgoing product shipments are complete and correct
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center experience is a plus
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Reliable and able to work well as part of a team
Work Environment:
- This position is in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled space with varying temperatures
