Job Summary:
Perform various logistics and material handling duties including picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting to support distribution, shipping, stockroom and receiving. Support manufacturing and engineering in regards to filling/stocking component inventory, packaging/shipping, and SAP/tracelink transactions as needed. Responsible for ensuring packaging/shipments are on-time to the customer and accurate. Will provide data entry and support to engineering department for stockroom inventory entry and reconciliation.

Job Summary:

Area of Responsibility
- Support warehouse and engineering personnel with packaging/shipping along with Stockroom inventory
- Pick, pack, and ship orders on a daily basis using SAP system and hand-held scanner and printer to input customer information
- Create and print required paperwork and ship product to internal and external partners
- Stock and stage warehouse for delivery of incoming materials using SAP system
- Assist Material department as required in the expediting and rescheduling of material to meet or exceed company goals and objectives
- Receive and log into SAP all incoming materials/product/deliveries
- Executes Good Receipts transactions for goods and services in SAP
- Performs data entry or paperwork to record inventory levels or shipping/receiving activity
- Distribute incoming materials to the appropriate department as required
- Follow ISO, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) procedures
- Maintain accurate records of Finished and Raw Material Inventory
- Package product for shipping
- Ability to work independently after being given solid direction
- Assist with loading or unloading materials/packages
- Operate warehouse equipment with strong attentiveness to safety requirements
- Perform warehouse housekeeping duties of designated areas
- Fill/stock production material for manufacturing as required
- Create engineering spare parts inventory list
- Add engineering spare parts inventory into SAP
- Add safety stock and re-order quantities to the engineering spare parts inventory
- Ensure engineering spare parts physical inventory are transferred to Warehouse or designated area (Outside Storage)
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
- Experience with ERP system or WMS (e.g. SAP)
- Ability to use hand trucks and warehouse lift pallet jack
- Basic reading, writing and math skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint experience
- Basic computer skills
- Current Driver’s License and good driving record required
- Exhibit a high level of integrity and honesty
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
