Location : Hickory, NC

Type : Temp to Hire

As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring our production lines run smoothly and efficiently. Your tasks may vary depending on where you're assigned on the line, but typical responsibilities include :

  • Packing Products : Ensuring items are securely and neatly packed for shipment.
  • Inspecting Bottle Caps : Checking the caps on glue bottles for quality and proper placement.
  • Feeding the Line : Placing bottles on the glue line to keep production moving.
  • You'll receive hands-on training and will have the flexibility to rotate through different jobs as needed.

  • Prior manufacturing experience is required.

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality.
