Job Title: Day Shift Machine Operator
Location: Conover, NC 28613
Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 12-hour rotating shifts

Monitor robotic equipment and screen displays for errors or malfunctions

Read work orders and follow setup specifications accurately
*
Load raw materials into machines manually or using a hoist
*
Perform basic maintenance (e.g., cleaning filters, minor adjustments)
*
Complete scheduled quality inspections
*
Operate forklifts as needed (certification may be required—training provided)
Ideal Candidate:

Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented
*
Comfortable working 12 hour shifts and weekends/holidays
*
Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
*
Team player with a strong work ethic and reliability
