Job Title: Furniture Frame Builder
Hours: Mon-Fri 6:30am-3pm
Pay: $17/hr, or more depending on experience.
Location: Hickory, NC 28602
Prostaffing has partnered with a renowned furniture manufacturer with over a century of craftsmanship excellence, located conveniently in Hickory, NC! Known for producing high-quality, custom wood and upholstered furniture, the company combines traditional techniques with modern innovation. We are seeking an experienced Furniture Frame Builder to join the team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble furniture frames according to specifications and quality standards.
- Operate tools and equipment, including saws, drills, and other carpentry tools.
- Ensure accuracy in measurements and alignment during frame construction.
- Inspect and troubleshoot frames to meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace while adhering to company policies.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines.
Key Qualifications:
- Previous experience in frame building, carpentry, or furniture assembly required. (MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE)
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, or assembly instructions.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic, good attendance is crucial.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and work with materials as needed
Hours: Mon-Fri 6:30am-3pm
Pay: $17/hr, DOE
