Hours : Mon-Fri 6am-4 : 30pm, 6am-2 : 30pm on Saturdays when needed
Pay : $20 per hour
Location : Hickory, NC

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of manufacturing equipment, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, repairing breakdowns, and ensuring optimal production efficiency. If you have a strong background in mechanical systems and thrive in a hands-on, problem-solving environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Troubleshoot malfunctions and conduct repairs in a timely manner.
- Proactively inspect equipment to identify and address minor issues before they become major problems.
- Work closely with production personnel to understand operational needs and report maintenance issues.
- Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to perform maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
