Shift: Sunday - Thursday 11pm - 7:30am
Pay: $18.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:
✅ Mix, compound, and inspect products to meet quality standards
✅ Conduct in-process quality checks and maintain accurate records
✅ Ensure inventory accuracy and meet productivity targets
✅ Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Basic math, reading, and writing skills
✔️ Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience (preferred)
✔️ Experience with compounding or machine operating (preferred)
✔️ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work in a physically active role
Work Environment:
Not climate-controlled – expect warm summers and cool winters
️ Hands-on work requiring standing, lifting, bending, and climbing
