Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and processes to optimize efficiency.
- Oversee supply chain management, including inventory control and procurement of materials.
- Utilize SAP and MRP systems for effective production planning and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the workforce.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Conduct regular quality control assessments to ensure products meet specifications and customer expectations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a collaborative team environment.
