Job Title : Quality Control Technician
Hours : 7am to 3pm Monday through Friday
Pay : $19.00 per hour
Location : Denver, NC / (Train at Newton, NC)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Quality Control Lab Technician to join a manufacturing team in Denver, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications through rigorous inspection and testing processes. This role is essential in maintaining compliance with industry standards, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of our quality assurance practices.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in a Quality role preferred.
- Conduct inspections on incoming parts and outgoing shipments to meet the company's quality standards.
- Prior experience in inspecting electromechanical devices strongly preferred.
- Structured problem-solving training is a plus.
- Ability to read information from product drawings and specifications to verify quality.
- Familiar using hand gages, calipers, micrometers, tape measure.
- Perform control plan audits, dock audits, containment activities, and process audits.
- Familiar with documenting any deviation found in quality audits.
- Ensure timely disposition of non-conforming product.
- Participate in daily SQDC meetings and work closely with Shipping / Receiving, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to obtain tow motor certification.
- Lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Strong safety mind set.
- Working knowledge of MS Office software.
