Shipping Associate
Schedule : Monday – Thursday, 6 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM, OT as needed on Fridays
Pay : $15.25 / hour, could go up DOE
ProStaffing has partnered with a leading furniture company conveniently located in Conover, NC! We are looking for a Shipping Associate to join our team! This role primarily involves working on the warehouse floor while also receiving training to serve as a backup for the shipping clerk. Computer literacy is required, as some responsibilities will involve basic data entry and system updates.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with shipping operations on the warehouse floor
- Prepare and process shipments accurately and efficiently
- Use a computer to enter shipping details and track orders
- Help maintain inventory accuracy and organization
- Learn and provide backup support for the shipping clerk as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace
Key Qualifications :
Computer literacy required—basic data entry and system navigation
Ability to work primarily on the warehouse floor (standing, lifting, moving)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Prior shipping or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
