A leading multi-clinic Prosthetic & Orthotic company in East NC is seeking an experienced Patient Service Representative to join the team at our New Bern clinic. The role requires a passion for first-class patient care, a high degree of attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task with a smile. Experience with medical billing is a plus. This person will work closely with patients, physician office staff, and insurers, and will be involved in securing prior authorizations, case management, and collecting patient receivables.
