We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding business needs, analyzing system processes, and delivering effective solutions. Proficiency in creating process flows and diagrams using Visio or Lucidchart is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Create detailed process flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, and system architecture diagrams using Visio or Lucidchart.
- Develop user stories, functional specifications, and other documentation to support development efforts.
- Support project teams by translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solutions meet business requirements.
- Assist with change management and system implementation processes.
- Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and project management.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related role.
- Strong knowledge of system analysis, process mapping, and documentation best practices.
- Proficiency with Visio and/or Lucidchart for creating visual representations of processes.
- Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating user stories, and documenting functional specifications.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
