- Hybrid schedule; 2 days a week remote; 3 onsite in Pomona, CA. To be eligible for consideration, candidates must be local to the greater Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities
- The Cerner Systems Analyst is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and modifying programming systems, including encoding, testing, debugging, and installing to support an organization's application systems
- The Analyst's primary goal is to support with system break/fixes, system changes and enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance, which can include system testing, troubleshooting, and issue management
- Provide technical application(s) support across multiple environments with a primary focus on Cerner Millennium SurgiNet and Anesthesia Management and related functionality
- Strong troubleshooting, issue resolution, communication and teamwork skills are required
- Maintain and support Cerner Millennium Surgical Services suite of products on and off normal scheduled shifts (troubleshooting, updates, fixes and project support, on-call)
- Responsible for the build, modification, evaluation, testing and maintenance of Cerner Millennium Surgical Services suite of applications including but not limited to: SurgiNet, Surgical Scheduling, Anesthesia Management
- Escalate issues to vendor as needed and monitor vendor tickets for resolution
- Provide after-hours "on-call" support to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Adheres to change management process for break fix and any system changes
- Performs system testing to ensure that all product functions work as designed
- Documents all build activities in conjunction with updating vendor provided applications specifications and perform integration and unit testing; adhere to version control processes
- Experience collecting user requirements, translating to system feature enhancements, and requesting enhancements of a system administrator
- Ability to evaluate and analyze EHR features and functionality for problem resolution
Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
