Our client, a prestigious law firm, is looking for an Enterprise Applications Engineer to join their team. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a knack for optimizing enterprise applications, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with the Enterprise Applications Manager and teams across IT, Accounting, and Marketing to ensure seamless application performance.
- Support, integrate, and manage key applications such as Elite 3E, Intapp (Time, Risk, Intake), Concur, Iridium, Aderant CompuLaw, and marketing tools.
- Oversee application implementations, updates, and maintenance for finance, practice-specific, and marketing applications.
- Administer platforms like Microsoft SQL, SSRS, SSIS, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Windows Servers.
- Collaborate with departments on projects, upgrades, and risk assessment for integrated systems.
- Conduct SQL optimizations, Windows updates, and security patching to maintain performance and security.
- Document system configurations, integrations, disaster recovery processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Manage vendor support tickets and optimize system performance and storage.
What You Bring:
✔ Strong SQL administration skills – including data queries & reporting with SSRS.
✔ Hands-on experience with PowerShell, C#, Visual Basic .Net, HTML5, or similar programming languages.
✔ Proven expertise in Windows Server environments – troubleshooting and management.
✔ Experience with accounting, time tracking, and billing software in a legal or professional services setting.
✔ Excellent problem-solving & communication skills – ability to work across teams with varying technical expertise.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in enterprise applications management, design, and implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Microsoft certifications (or similar) are a plus!
