What are the responsibilities and job description for the Solution Sales Manager position at Prosum?
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead, manage, and hold accountable the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue and profit goals. Transparent Relationships, Responsive Communications, Reliable Results, Value First, and Being Accountable.
• Drive training and enablement programs for the sales team, covering sales processes, cold calling, CRM software management, email campaigns, C-level selling, and closing techniques.
• Create and implement a comprehensive sales playbook to be followed by all team members.
• Ensure the right people are in the right roles within the sales team.
• Utilize experience in solution sales, service sales, maintenance contracts, network operations contracts, and consultative sales, leveraging complementary partners in broadband wireless, microwave backhaul, wireless narrow-band IOT, indoor DAS, super capacitors, and perimeter security solutions.
• Develop and implement effective sales methodologies to enhance the performance of the sales team.
• Provide formal sales training to equip sales staff with proven techniques and strategies.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning by keeping the sales team updated with the latest sales trends and tactics.
• Proficiency in managing email and call campaigns.
• Preferred experience in the broadband wireless industry, with knowledge of manufacturer and distribution partners.
• Demonstrated success and contacts in one or more of the following: state & local government (public safety), education, electric & water districts, public safety agencies, broadband & telecom organizations. Proven track record in market vertical(s) above and a positive reputation in doing business with them.
• Proven method for evaluating RFPs and other opportunities to determine whether to pursue them. Channel sales experience to help the company leverage cooperative selling partners and create a channel that is a force multiplier. Previous experience with HubSpot CRM.
Salary : $150,000 - $185,000
