Qualifications / Skills :
4 years of System Administration Experience
Technical Proficiency : Knowledge of operating systems, equipment, and technologies. Enterprise backup and recovery procedures.
Performance monitoring tools
Active Directory
Virtualization
SCCM server patching
O365
Okta Identity Provider (a plus)
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve IT issues efficiently.
